With the amount of credit cards available to us, it’s important to diversify. Whether that means diversifying between credit card issuers, rewards, or annual fees, diversifying is good. Here is an updated list of credit cards that do not charge annual fees. The best part about these cards is they offer great cash back opportunities.

My Preferences
My two favorite no annual fee cards are the Discover It and Chase Freedom.

I like Discover because they have great customer service/perks and their gift card value is top-notch. You can often redeem cash back for gift cards worth $5+ more than you redeemed. Also, Shop Discover is a very useful portal.

I like Chase Freedom, since it doesn’t solely earn cash back. Instead, it earns Ultimate Rewards points which can be transferred to multiple travel partners, if you have a Sapphire Preferred or and Ink card.
