Google Wallet has a promotion going on until 4/17/14 where you can load $250 with a credit card for free. Normally there is a 2.9% + $0.30 fee for loading via a credit card, so this is a great promotion. All you need for a Google Wallet account is a Gmail account. You can go to Google.com/wallet or download the app to sign up. You can only load the money onto your account with the mobile app.
Also, you can use multiple Gmail accounts. I have 4 Gmail accounts that I use regularly and I was able to load the $250 on each account. To liquidate, you can transfer the money back to your bank.
